Virginia Lee Gould, 73, of Baker City, died at her home on June 6, 2026. A memorial service will be held on July 11, 2026 ~ 1 p.m. at the Sumpter Cemetery in Sumpter, Oregon.

Virginia “Ginny” was born in Roseville, California to Donald Dewitt and Dorothy Lee Riggins Gould. Her brother Michael followed 2 years later.

She grew up on a wheat farm in Roseville and was sort of a tomboy. She liked driving go-carts, mini bikes, and finally motorcycles in the summers after harvest. The family spent time boating on Lake Shasta.

Ginny was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her life partner Jon Dickison; sons Casey (Candice) Cooper and Caten Cooper; grandsons Devan Cooper and Benjamin Cooper-Ramirez; step-sons Billy Dickison, Dennis (Wendy) Dickison, Rylie Dickison; bonus grandchildren Kortney (Lance) Landon, Lyndsey (partner Patrick), Carter Dickison; bonus great grandchildren Aven, Willow and Harper Landon and Oliver Dickison; her beloved show mule Spud and Rottweiler Maggie.
