Raymond "Ray" Spencer II

Raymond Spencer II, 76, of Halfway, Oregon passed away on October 25, 2024 at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho.  Per Ray’s request, there will not be a funeral service.

Ray loved his wife of 51 years, Cathy; his daughters Candi Prince and Amber Baskett (d); nephew Bryan Caldwell who he thought of as a son.  He was grandpa to Johnathon Prince (d) Christopher Prince, Savannah Baskett and Spencer Baskett; a ggpapa (translated grandpapa) to Trevor Miller Prince.; Brother-in-law to Connie McDonald; Brother to Bob Johnson (d) Carol Basey (d) Mary Lanpher(d) Joe Spencer, Jack Spencer(d) Sharon Thompson (d) and Mickey Spencer and uncle to many nieces and nephews.  Ray had many wonderful friends all over Oregon, Idaho and Washington.

He was an outdoor person.  Ray was retired Navy, a carpenter and member of Halfway V.F.W. Post #7847.  He will be missed.
