Paul Herb

Paul William Herb died on November 10, 2022 at St Alphonsus in Boise, Idaho at the age of 76. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, William and Alfreda and his wife Diane. Surviving Paul are his eight brothers and sisters, Elaine Hermins (Larry), Lois Benefield, Dorothy Ward, Ann Vandehey (Bob), Gertrude Eddings, Donna French, Doug Herb (Karen) and Don Herb (Maureen); his two daughters, Terra Lewis and Tina Thatcher, and his grandchildren, Matthew, Emma, Jessica and Crystal. 

Paul was born in Forest Grove Oregon and lived in Manning for most of his life where he worked for the Oregon Department of Transportation-State Highway Dept for over 30 years. 15 years ago, his love for hunting and fishing brought him to Halfway and he never regretted his decision to move. Five years ago, his daughter, Terra moved here with her son, Matthew and daughter, Emma. He loved spending time with his family and friends camping, fishing, telling stories, getting into mischief and making sure his grandchildren, Matthew & Emma were taken care of and spoiled appropriately. Paul will be greatly missed by all those that had the pleasure to spend time with him.
