My beloved sister Pamela Francis Williams, 62, of Seneca, passed away November 22, 2023 from metastatic breast cancer at the Harney District Hospital, in Burns, OR. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, September 6, 2024 - 11:00 a.m. at Canyon City Cemetery.
Pamela Suzanne was born to John Lawrence Francis and Patricia Lucille Lemons Moore on April 15, 1961 in John Day, Oregon. She was my big sister by 13 months.
Pamela loved life so much. She appreciated lots of things including rocks, the stars, rock music from the 80’s, clothes, shoes, lemons, cookies, lotion, her friends, cake and oh did she love candy!! Pamela cherished her plants and garden. Pamela loved horror movies, picnicking, and driving in the Woods. One of her favorite things to do was to lay out in the sun and get a golden tan. Pamela enjoyed going to the fair and going to Rodeos. She always wanted to go on all the rides, the worse they were the better she liked it. Making memories, that’s what we did and for that I am very thankful.
Pam delighted in capturing special moments and snapped pictures by the hundreds, she was so talented. My sister enjoyed the Silvies Ranch and the big family that they are. Pamela Worked from the age of six until she retired two and 1/2 years ago. She loved working, she truly did.
Pam adored the holidays. She would get so excited for Christmas Day, especially for the food and presents.
Despite fighting cancer, Pam treasured her oncology nurses in Burns, Oregon, Darby and Christine and all the others.
Pamela loved her truck. She said, “I hope my truck is in heaven when I get there”. She also loved her hot tub and she hoped that was there as well. She was excited to see the family when she left. Pamela told me she wasn’t ready to go, she still had things to do, but it was time. Her last words were of her love for everyone, especially her children, grandchildren and her nieces and nephews. Please remember, Pamela loved all of you. Thank you for loving her.
Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, beloved niece, Rheanna Cheyenne Cartner.
Pamela is survived by her children Lanea (Kraig) Osborne, Kevin Rapp (Kayla); grandchildren Kadyn, Konner, Alex, and Gauge; sister, Tammy Cartner (Rick Saul); nephew Jeremy Rider; aunt Marianne Pettyjohn and many beloved cousin’s; special friends Debbie, Rose, Glenda, Paula, Wendy, and all the Riders and Sauls.
