Michael Hulse Sr.

Mike Hulse Sr, 74, died on August 31, 2022 at Wallowa Memorial Hospital in Enterprise, Oregon.  Michael Loren Hulse was born on August 22, 1948 in Delake, Oregon (currently Lincoln City).  He was raised in Delake, attending Taft High School in Taft, Oregon, then graduating in 1966 from Washington High School in Portland, Oregon. 

Mike had married the mother of his children, they later divorced.  He then married Leslie Henderson.  During his life he worked for Midget Motors in Newberg, Oregon ad Coast Septic Service.  Mike loved being in the outdoors, hunting and fishing.  Mike said his favorite color was “clear” and a favorite poem “The Bear Went Over The Mountain” and a favorite quote John 3:16.  Mike said “honesty” would be what he would be most remembered for.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mike is survived by his wife Leslie Hulse of Wallowa, Oregon; daughters Tami and Malissa Hulse; son Mike Hulse Jr.; brothers Don and Patty Hulse, Sam and Linda Hulse of Newburg, Oregon; many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
