Lloyd Bigler Obituary

Lloyd Bigler, 74, died on March 24, 2023 at his home in North Powder, Oregon.  A Celebration of Lloyd’s life will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023  - 2:00 p.m. at the Wolf Creek Grange in North Powder, Oregon.  (next to the post office)

Lloyd  Chalmer was born on June 29, 1948 in Portland, Oregon to Lloyd Harry and Lenore (Lewis) Bigler. 

Lloyd married Beverly Clapp in 1969.  The two had met at an A & W drive-in restaurant.  Together they had two children. 

During his life he worked for Union Pacific Railroad for 13 years.  He then went on to running his own company B & L Trailer Transport for 22 years.   Lloyd was a member of the Elks, and INEX (a Racing Organization). He raced a little Legends car for 13 years. His favorite color was purple (as were his trucks, and his race cars) and he enjoyed his schnauzers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Wayne and sisters Kathy, and Susan.  

Lloyd is survived by his wife Beverly, children James Bigler of Gardnerville, Nevada, John Bigler of Baker City, Oregon; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Online condolences may be shared at www.tamispinevalleyfuneralhome.com
