Linda Tester, 79, of Baker City, died Monday, April 17, 2023 at Settler’s Park.
Linda was born October 5, 1943 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was raised in Baker City, OR and received her education at St. Francis Academy.
Linda met Floyd Tester through friends. They were married in 1970.
Linda spent most of her working career employed at Stanford University Hospital working in the medical record department.
She enjoyed crafts and building floral arrangements, especially if it had to do with yellow roses, her favorite flower.
She was a faithful and active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Linda truly loved the church, and had many callings throughout her life. She was kind, generous, and loved everyone.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Tester; parents Louise and Edwin Koplein and her special dog Sassy.
She is survived by her daughter Angie (Mike) Lewis of Sugar City, ID, Kristi (Rick) Cule of Milwaukie, OR; brother Mike Koplein; sisters Karen Moore and Amber Simonsen; 6 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
