Larry "Fish" Fisher Obituary

 

Floyd Larry “Fish” Fisher, 63, died on May 8, 2018 at St. Alphonsus Medical Center in Baker City.  A private family service will be held at a later date.

Floyd Larry Fisher was born in Sacramento, California on April 11, 1955 to Floyd and Juanita Fisher.  He was raised and educated to the 9th grade in Idaho, then graduating 1973 in California.  During his life he worked as a laborer doing cement work and also logged in the mountains.

Larry as he was known by his family, “Fish” to his friends.  Larry liked spending time with his family and friends, telling jokes and fishing.  He most especially enjoyed spending time with his Mom, gardening, and a game of domino’s or playing guitar with his friends.

He will be remembered most for his loving heart and always bringing out the best in people.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, father Floyd and Brother Melvin.

Larry is survived by his mother Juanita Fisher of Halfway, Oregon.
