Justin Leeper Obituary

Justin Leeper, 58, of Baker City, received her wings and took flight into the dawn of the day December 11, 2023.

Justin Sue (Loftis) Leeper was born February 27, 1965 in Baker City, OR. She had a gypsy’s spirit and spent most of her life moving around. Justin was always being led back home to her mama and her hometown where she settled with her soulmate Chris, their big boy dog Trapper and mountain Kitty Trails.

Her family and friends were the most important to her. Justin loved being with her daughter’s family and adored each of her grandchildren so much. They were her entire world and she was theirs. She enjoyed hunting, driving through the mountains, and spending time with Chris and Trapper and going on rides on her Harley-Davidson.

Justin was a very hard worker; having won employee of the year at Epionce in Boise, ID. and at St. Alphonsus Hospital in Baker City, OR. She was the coworker that became more like family.

She will be greatly and forever missed by so many. Those of you who were blessed to have met Justin and be a part of her life know what a beautiful and kind soul she was. She touched so many lives and made lifelong friends wherever she went; leaving a lasting impression with every single person she met. She always knew how to make those she loved feel extra special.

Justin was preceded in death by her father Les Loftis & granddaughter Tesla Lee.

Surviving family members are soulmate Chris Larkins; mother Sayonna George; daughter Amanda Lee her husband Dusty Lee; grandsons Traven Lee, Diesyl Lee, and granddaughter Dansley Lee; sister Robyn Cummings (John); uncle Eldon Loftis; aunt Marla Loftis; cousin Scott Loftis (Kelly and family); stepmother Elaine Loftis; brothers Dan and Jeff Morris; sister Lori Morris; besties Jana Woodstock, Tenee Cashmere, and Tony Linda with so many other great friends.
