Joyce Lane

Joy Lane, 89, of Seneca, Oregon died on April 22, 2024 surrounded by the love of her family. Per Joy’s request there will not be a service.

Joyce Elaine was born on December 25, 1934 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Vernon and Alice (Curnutte) Wilder.  She was raised in Sandy, Oregon and graduated high school in 1952. 

She met Same Lane at work, and they were married in 1962. Joyce enjoyed art work and sketching.  Her favorite color being pink and favorite flower hollyhocks.

Memorable times in Joy’s life were the births of her children, her marriage to Sam, family gatherings and camping.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Mona Rae Lane.

Joyce is survived by her husband Sam, daughter Julie Christensen and husband Richard; sons Nick Lane, Rob Lane and Andy Lane and his wife Lori; 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
