Jayden Little Obituary

Jayden Little, 15, of Baker City, passed away on February 12, 2025 at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho.  A Celebration of life will be held at the North Powder School Gym on March 2, 2025 at 2 p.m.  Friends are invited to join the family for a potluck reception to be held in the gym following the service.

Jayden Paul Little was born on May 9, 2009 in Baker City, OR. He lived in Baker City and attended school at North Powder Charter School. He was in the 10th grade.

Jayden’s hobbies included playing video games, especially with his Uncle Brock.  He liked to go camping and ride motorbikes. His latest adventure was going snowboarding with his friends. Jayden collected old bottles and Diecast Cars, his favorite type being the late model cars.

Jayden’s favorite subject was history. He loved telling stories and knew stuff at his age that most adults didn’t even know, he was so smart.  He loved having discussions and would talk for hours about all kinds of different things. He liked all kinds of animals.  Playing sports wasn’t his thing, but he loved being part of the team. He also enjoyed helping his brother and sister with homework, helping them anyway he could.

Jayden adored the color blue and just like his mother Beth, he was a natural artist. Jayden had a unique wardrobe style throughout the years.  He chose to wear whatever he felt like wearing with pride for all to see.  One of his favorite items to wear was his blue robe which he wore every day and if he stayed home, he would be wearing it all day long.

Jayden was very special and lived life to the fullest.  He was kind, brave and had a heart of gold.  He would be the first person there when someone was in need, everyone easily bonded with him and if you were down, he would always make you smile. He was an old soul and wise beyond his years.  Jaydens last act of kindness, and greatest legacy was his gift of life to others through organ donation.

Jayden was preceded in death by his mother Beth Marie Johnson and great grandpa David Lee.

He is survived by his father Taylor Little; brother Jordan Little; sister Joleene Little; grandparents Mike & Thelma Chandler, Monty & Reberta White, Rusty & Kerri Little; great grandpa Paul Russell; Uncle Brock Johnson and Kylee Peck; Uncles Dylan, Andy, Jon and Luis; Aunts Bree, Angie, Beck; cousins Korbin, Kaitlyn, Austin, Mila, Ava; and many friends. “Jayden, you’ll always be in our heart.”

For those who would like to make a memorial donation in honor of Jayden the family suggests either the North Powder Fire Department, local 4H, or Donate Life America, through Tami’s Pine Valley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, PO Box 543, Halfway, OR 97834.
