Howard Harrison Hull, 64, of Baker City, passed away on October 31, 2024 in Ontario with his family by his side. A celebration of life will be held in the early spring, time and place to be announced.
Howard was born on May 2, 1960 to Richard and Cherylee Hull. He was raised and attended school in Baker City. He joined the National Guard and served from 1978-1999.
While living in La Grande, Howard worked for Thompson Auto Electric. He married Sherrie Thompson and they had two sons, Robert and Jeffery. They later divorced and he moved back to Baker. He met and married Jeanette Langton, she had a son Casey Aldridge. He worked at Clark Auto Electric, then later went to work for Marvin Windows and doors for 15 years working on cutline and rip before retiring.
Howard enjoyed the outdoors, camping and fishing. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge for a long time. He played co-ed softball, shuffleboard, horse shoes and pool league for them and was president for the Men’s Aeries at one time. Howard’s favorite Pastime was going to the Eagles having a drink and visiting with friends after he retired.
He is survived by his two sons Robert and Jeffery Hull of LaGrande, OR, stepson Casey Aldridge; mother Cherylee Hull Castillo of Baker City, OR; sisters Cheryl and Tim Sundin of Pendelton, OR; Michelle and Josh Srack of Baker City; brother Nathan and Collen Hull of Baker City; 6 grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Howard was preceded in death by his beloved wife Jeanette; father Richard; a brother, granddaughter, grandparents, 5 uncles, 7 aunts and fours cousins.
