Gunner Hull, 20, of Baker City, died Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at his home. A celebration of life will be held at a later date, time and place to be announced.
Gunner was born March 1, 2002 in Baker City, OR. Gunner knew how to make everyone smile. He was quick with a joke and his laugh lit up the whole room up. He was the light in everyone’s lives.
Gunner was a rowdy kid and always has been. He attended Baker Middle School and later graduated from Baker Web Academy. He was the first in his family to receive a diploma.
Gunner amazed all of us at a young age. He was extremely knowledgeable about heavy equipment, tractors, car makes and models especially when it came to his Hot Wheels. He also had a natural talent for remembering and reciting every song lyric he heard. He was a quick learner and was so smart.
Gunner worked at Orchard Wood Products and Baker Brothers Mobile Tire.
He always dropped what he was doing and helped the ones he loved the most. Gunner enjoyed getting his hands dirty, cutting wood, helping his friends with their cars and learning new things. He had many hobbies including skateboarding, dirt biking, and anything that involved being outdoors.
Gunner is so loved and cherished; he touched so many lives and continues to. He would say, “Always strive and prosper and If you can’t rock n’ roll don’t come!”
He joined his grandma Marilyn, grandpa Bill, great grandma Donna, great grandma Doris, great grandma Willy; uncle Neil and uncle Bruce and others up in heaven.
Gunner is survived by his parents Mike and Michelle Hull; sisters Taylor Hull, Sarah (David) Wheeler; grandmother Gayla Wiley; nephews Jaxson, Quinten, Lincoln; uncles Steve Hull and Jim Wiley; cousins Logan and Chloe and many family and friends to keep on partying for him and getting wild.
