Earl Baker, 75, died on January 18, 2023 at his home in Baker City, Oregon.
Earl “Buzz” Warren Baker was born on February 14, 1947 in King City, California to Warren and Vestie Baker. He grew up in Soledad and Salinas California along with his three sisters.
Buzz worked for Firestone tire for 17 years in many departments building tires. After the plant in Salinas, California closed he moved to Red Bluff, California to be near family. Buzz was funny and goofy, he always tried to get a laugh out of you. He liked everyone and would not say a bad thing about anyone.
In 2004 While helping family members move to Baker City, Oregon, he fell in love with this little farming town and decided that this little town would be his new home. He spent his last year's sitting outside on his balcony, visiting with family, reminiscing about whatever came to mind, watching the river flow by, listening to the birds singing, and watching all the deer that traveled through each morning. He spent hours on YouTube and loved sharing what he learned with you.
"Uncle Buzz we know you are dancing finally with everyone and no longer in pain."
He was preceded in death by his parents Warren and Vestie Baker; Sisters Ruth Miles, Judy Mc Leod, and Angie Twyman
Buzz is survived by his son Bruce Baker and his wife Tracy, their daughters Mackenzie Baker and Madeline Baker; many nieces and nephews. He was a very loving father, grandpa and uncle that will be missed by all.
