Clifford Gross, 62, died on December 8, 2025 near his home in Halfway, Oregon.
Clifford Duane Gross was born on May 18, 1963 in Anchorage, Alaska. He attended Medford High School, graduating in 1982. Cliff had met his wife Debora on a blind date, they married May 24, 1986. Together they had two children Duane and Kaitlin.
During his life he worked in construction, also as a mechanic and a handyman. He enjoyed snowmobiling, boating, fishing, camping, road trips, board games and spending time with his family and friends. Cliff served in the Army for 12 years.
His attributes included being stubborn, working hard and playing hard. One quote that he would noteably say was “What in the Sam Hill!!?! Favorite colors were yellow and red, favorite seasons; winter and summer. He loved his 4 legged companions Jager, Panda, Molly and Rocky.
He was preceded in death by his father Keldon Gross and mother Barbara Izaksen.
Clifford is survived by his children Kaitlin and husband Chris Powell of Olympia, Washington and Duane Gross of Tumwater, Washington; Brothers Kelvin Gross and Phil Girts; Sisters Kelly Tandy, Heather Hill, Noelle Smith, Nanine Little and Jody Atkinson-Madashiru; two grandchildren Eredin and Elaina; step mother Bonnie Gross.
