Brandon Chase, 35, of Baker City, died on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID. A Celebration of Brandon’s life and potluck will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025~1 p.m. at the Sunridge Inn, in Baker City.
Brandon Allen Chase “Bub” was born on October 3, 1989 in La Grande, OR to parents Troy and Teresa Chase. He was raised in Haines and Baker City. He graduated from Baker High School in 2007.
Brandon met Carrie Conley one fateful day when she noticed him hitch hiking. Little did she know the day she picked him up, that they would spend the next 15 years together building a family and making memories.
Brandon’s working career included being employed at Longs Water Works for 2 years and at Natural Structures. He was currently the owner and operator of his company “BC Mobile Repair Services”.
Brandon’s favorite color was blue and he loved both the summer and fall seasons. Brandon enjoyed the outdoors, picking mushrooms, fishing, camping, traveling and taking mountain drives. He loved spending time with his family and children, especially when it involved dirt biking or 4-wheeling. Brandon was someone you could call at any hour of the day or night and he would drop whatever he was doing to be a helping hand.
He was preceded in death by his mother Teresa Chase; and grandparents Dutch and Thelma Myers.
Brandon is survived by his longtime girlfriend Carrie Conley; daughter Brianna Ann Chase and son Brayden Allen Chase of Baker City, OR; father Troy Chase of North Powder, OR; sisters Ashley Chase, Brandi (Mark) Osborn; grandparents Mike Chase and Johan Hayes; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; his dogs Chunky and Delilah.
