Virgina "Ginger" Tittle Obituary

      Virginia "Ginger" died at her home in North Powder, Oregon on February 7, 2018, surrounded by her family.  A Celebration of Ginger's Life will be held later in the fall (time and date to be announced.) 

       Virginia LaRee Tittle was born on May 26, 1957 in Baker, Oregon. She was raised in Baker attending Brooklyn Elementary School, then Baker Junior high, and Baker High School of which she graduated in 1975.

      She married Richard "Rick" Mack Tittle in Reno, Nevada on August 22, 1979. They had two children, Sonney and Heather.

     Ginger was a welder for many years at Haines Commercial Equipment and as a laborer at  Marvin Wood Products for the past 14 years.

     She enjoyed leather working, pottery, fishing, rock hounding and mushrooming. She especially enjoyed attending her grand-kids sporting events and LOVED yardsaling. Ginger's favorite color was blue, she adored the fall and white roses. Ginger never gave up or quit on anything. She was an extremely strong woman and could do anything she put her mind to.

     She was preceded in death by her parents Beryl Vance Ham, Verdice Van Lueven; brother Michael Ham and grandparents Andrew and Ida Van Leuven.

     Ginger is survived by her husband Rick Tittle; daughter Heather (Bradley) Phillips of North Powder, Oregon; son Sonney Tittle of Vancouver, Washington; 2 grandchildren Kachira Reyenne Phillips and Ryleigh Grace Kellogg-Phillips; brothers Keith Ham and wife Carleen of Medford, Oregon; sisters Ida Personini of Grass Valley, California, Sharon and husband Bob Pollock of Halfway, Oregon, Pamela Barker of Baker City, Oregon, Iris Craigmile of Aloha, Oregon; brother-in-law Ron Carpenter; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Special Friends Bobbie and Keith Carpenter.
