June "Judy" Tyler Obituary

June (Judy) Pearl Elizabeth Swanson Tyler, 90, of Union, died Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at home surrounded by her family. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 12, 2019~1 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses (1511 26th Street) in La Grande, Oregon. Friends are invited to join the family for a reception to be held immediatly following the service at the Kingdom Hall.

June was born in Hood River, OR.  June 4th, 1929.  She spent the majority of her life in Lebanon, OR, where she married Darrel Tyler.  Together they raised 6 children: Norman, Tim, Becky, Nancy, David and Cindy.  She is survived by all 6 children, 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and her sister Trudy Combs. She resided with her daughter Becky and son-in- law Aaron since her husband Darrel passed in 2006. 

Her love for her God Jehovah and her love for her family made her a happy contented person.  She had a beautiful amazing voice and sang at many weddings and funerals.  Her love of playing the piano has left her family and friends with many wonderful memories.  Her strong faith in the resurrection helped her to be at peace to the end.
