I have known Ted for such a long time, working at the Animal Clinic and he always managed to come see me when I worked in a real estate office on Broadway in Baker. Lots of stories he had to tell me about his hunting adventures and work on his ranch. He was such a suave interesting man. So sorry for your loss.

Dear Dad,
Thank-you for a life time of laughs, hard work and most of all morals that I still use to this day. You were a kind gentle soul who guided all your kids in the right direction. I miss you smerk and all the funny stories you told at the supper table. I think all of us have your sense of humor and charter way to get through the days. I admire your fight with cancer and how you never gave; in my eyes you won dad because of your everlasting strength to the very end and to hear you say, " I'm going on to beat this, was so amazing how you never gave up!! That's the dad I know that was always there for his children and grandchildren. May God take good care of you and let you rest in peace, because it was "hell" the last few weeks and I did not want you to suffer anymore!!! Love you always Lisa......

My condolence to Virginia and her family as Ted leaves our earth to enter into his new heavenly home. Being such a devout couple and example to so many in our parish at St Francis in Baker City, I will always treasure Ted's friendship and Virginia's love of the church, as they constantly showed appreciation to all that we did in the parish. I will always remember him in his cowboy hat and strong handshake as we said goodbye after each Mass. May his legacy lives on in his children and grand-children and all his friends, but especially in the memories that Virginia will always have of him, a devoted and loving, supporting husband. May God grant him eternal rest.
