You and your brother corky were like brothers to me growing up and your mother and father treated me like one of the family. The memories of all these years have been very pleasant. Your friendship has been very special.

I am so sorry to hear of Richard's passing. He was literally my oldest friend. I can't remember not knowing the Taylors, from my earliest days at Riverside School and the Blue Mountain Grange on through high school and college and his marriage to Phyllis. Even though I left the valley many years ago it has always been a pleasure to see him when we returned for family gatherings or one-room school reunions at the county fair. He was a good man. Our condolences to his family.

I love you Dad. Will miss you so much and all your stories and good times, puzzle books, and sitting outside the cabin during the summer. You will always be in our hearts.
