Oren "Jerry" Moore

Oren "Jerry" Sterling Moore was born on September 28, 1929 just outside Prineville, Oregon to Ernest "Pat" and Alma Moore from Baker County.  He has 1 brother and 2 sisters.

Jerry married Patty Francis on July 27, 1979.  He has 2 daughters, 2 sons, 5 step daughters and 3 stepsons.  Jerry also has numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Jerry retired from the Air Force after 22 1/2 years as a Master Sergeant and computer technician.  He served in England, Canada, Korea and the Philippines.

Jerry coached bowling in Labrador, Alaska and holds a 189 average.  He loved to bowl, golf and fish.  Jerruu was also a member of the Moose and Elks Lodge.

Jerry died on July 1, 2017 at the Blue Mountain Nursing Home in Prairie City, Oregon.  A private interment with full Air Force Military Honors was held at Canyon City Cemetery. 

He will be missed and loved by all.
